The classroom is looking super thanks to the efforts of the children in 5S! The room is decorated with their gorgeous self portraits, wonderful maps of Canada, fantastic paragraphs on targets for the term and, of course, their collaborative version of "Starry Night". Well done for all the hard work so far, 5S! I am proud of you.

A few reminders:

• Many thanks for all the comfort kits that have come in so far. If you have not already sent one in, they are due this Friday 18th September.
  
• Meet the Teacher Evening for Grade 5 is Thursday 24th September at 6:30pm. All parents are welcome :)
  
• The Terry Fox Run at Wentworth is Friday 25th September. If you wish to make a donation, you can do so online (refer to email regarding Terry Fox Run)
